Can't Believe It's Still There 27.04.25
It's starting to feel like summer in the city and this week’s edit is my way of dressing for it.
In about a month and a half, I'll finally be off for a little early-summer getaway — sun, beaches, cocktails. My vintage algorithm seems to know it too, because lately it’s been serving me endless swimwear and floaty summer dresses.
Even though I’m trying to shift the mood by favoriting jackets and sleeved shirts (balance, right?), I keep thinking: aren’t we all just longing for those moments when we can wear whatever we want and look hot? I always feel like my best self — in mood and in dressing — during summer. So naturally, this week’s edit leans heavily into that feeling.
Enjoy!
A few days ago, while mindlessly scrolling the internet, I spotted a lady in a vintage Valentino animal print skirt. Obviously, I had to track it down. And guess what? I did — twice. Lucky for you, neither was in my size, so here you go. Click here and here to shop.
(For reference, I’ve added the skirt the mystery woman was wearing.)
As you probably know by now, I love a good leather jacket — so I’ll never not share when I find one. This one has a great price point.
Chunky yet elegant wedges. I’m a wedge fan — they’re comfortable, steady, and perfect for dinners that somehow end on a dance floor.
I love this powdery pink crepe shirt from Cacharel. I can already see it paired with dark blue denim and a good heel — so chic. Lately, I’ve been really into classic, soft shirts like this one.
A long, chic, sheer black dress by Anna Molinari. So many ways to wear it — a true wardrobe staple.
Elegant, sheer silk top by Giorgio Armani. I love a subtle animal print — it adds a playful touch without feeling loud or over the top.
Velvet Ferragamo flats. For the days when you don’t feel like heels, but looking chic is still a non-negotiable.
I love the square neckline on this swimsuit. Together with the blue-and-white print it’s giving French Riviera summer — on a budget. (€10!)
I really love this kind of pink — soft and elegant. This one by Prada even has a green lining, which pairs beautifully with the pink. Little details like that always make a piece feel more special.
For a more affordable option, this slightly more elastic version by Wolford does the trick too.
More skirts! I love the texture and poofiness of this short wild silk Armani skirt — so much drama packed into one piece.
More silk, more skirts — this one by Dries Van Noten, in the perfect shade of grey.
Buttery yellow lamb leather by Marella. The colour is perfect, and I love the relaxed, boxy shape.
This two-piece by Max Mara makes me so happy. It's fun, easy, and makes me want to dance immediately.
This animal print is a little loud, a little wild — but so good. I'd wear it with all black and let the denim steal the show.
A very elegant and chic black bikini by Toteme. A good black bikini is a must in every woman's closet — and honestly, finding the right one isn’t as easy as it sounds. So here you go.
Apparently, I’m not only into powdery soft pinks — this bright pink V-neck with clean cuts has my attention too. Looks great layered over a white T-shirt and good denim.
Another raw silk skirt, this time in the perfect shade of grey. Love the big front pleat and the tiny square pockets. Also by Armani.
A cute, summery patent yellow sandal by Jimmy Choo — and in my opinion, the perfect colour match for the grey Armani skirt above.
I love this little black dress by Max Mara — perfect length, beautiful embroidered print. Honestly, the pictures don’t do it justice, but if you’re like me, you’ll see the potential.
Ending this edit with a pair of boots. Long black leather boots are a true staple — every woman should own a pair. These ones by Carel tick all my boxes. Especially loving the slightly squared, rounded toe.
